Every transportation project eventually comes down to one number: how much traffic this road will carry years from now. That number drives how many lanes you build, what the pavement has to withstand, whether the environmental document holds up, and whether the funding comes through.

What sets us apart is that we are not locked into a single playbook. Every reviewing agency has its own accepted approach, and a forecast that satisfies one state's DOT may not satisfy the next one, a county, an MPO, or a lender underwriting a project.
We work in whichever framework your reviewer expects, and we say so up front, before the analysis starts rather than after it comes back with comments. That flexibility is why prime consultants bring us onto projects in places they have not worked before, and why our forecasts move through review instead of stalling in it.
Two Methods, Cross-Checked
We do not hand you a single number from a single source. A forecast built only on historical growth trends misses the new development, the planned interchange, and the corridor that reroutes half the traffic. A forecast built only on a regional model inherits whatever assumptions that model was last updated with, often years ago.
We run both, compare them, and when they disagree, we find out why and tell you. That reconciliation is the part reviewers scrutinize hardest, and it is the part most forecasts skip.
