ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Transportation Analyst at Gradient Systematics, LLC. The Senior Transportation Analyst will be responsible for conducting traffic and revenue studies, traffic projections, travel demand modeling, corridor studies, data collection plans, and risk analysis for toll roads and managed lanes.
QUALIFICATION
To be considered for the Travel Demand Modeler position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation planning, civil engineering, geography, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with transportation modeling software such as TransCAD, Cube, or VISSIM, VISUM.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation planning, modeling, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a range of audiences.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Knowledge of transportation planning principles and practices..
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
